The market area of commercial real estate is larger than most people realize. Some of the areas include strip centers large and small, multiple family dwellings and apartments, raw land and acreage and other areas. After twenty years of real estate sales in the Greater Las Vegas Valley, I can honestly say that I have conducted business in just about every market segment with the exception of business opportunities or bulk sales.
