Monya Kegler, Transaction Coordinator and Nevada Licensee

A policeman's daughter, Monya grew up in the midwest. She offers a calm attitude that helps all parties to a real estate transaction remain happy as well as in compliance. Formally of a large REO Brokerage Team, Monya understands all facets of real estate sales and listings with an emphasis on REO and Bank Owned Properties. The love of Monya's life is her Chihuahua Cisco. Fortunately for all of us at the office, he comes to visit from time to time.

 

Pam Nichols, Listing Coordinator

Pam joined the MBS Real Estate Services Team in 2008 as a part time assistant. She learned quickly and was offered a full-time position of Listings Coordinator. Pam aids the Team Leader in completion of all facets of Listings Management. Prior to her affiliation with The MBS Team, Pam was a stay at home mom taking care of  three great kids and her husband of over 15 years. Because of her involvement in PTA, volunteering at her kids schools and a keen ability to multi-task, Pam is an ideal person to manage listings for Mitchell Schwartz and the MBS Real Estate Services Team. 

 

Brittany Carter, Billing and Marketing Services

Brittany is a bright young lady who started as a part time assistant in 2008. Formally in the Navy, Brittany is no stranger to high pressure and the need to be detail oriented. The MBS Team and our clients rely on Brittany for utility turn on/off, sign placements, reimbursement submissions as well as a myriad of other critical duties. While not at work, she cares for her infant son, Landyn and goes cliff diving at Nelson's Landing. She is the resident daredevil for the MBS Real Estate Services Team!

 

Dale Duey, Field Services Support

Dale has been with the MBS Real Estate Services Team since 2007. There is not a property listed by the MBS Team that Dale hasn't seen. He is responsible for 12 hour occupancy checks of REO property assignments, bi-weekly listing check ups and vendor work follow up to name a few items. Dale has been a Sailor in the U.S. Navy, an Auto Mechanic and Race Car Driver. Dale currently maintains a Nevada Real Estate Appraisers License. His unique skill set allows him to spot potential problems at our listings and bring them to the attention of the team promptly.
